In response to the sharp increase in demand for luxury homes throughout coastal South Florida and a need in the marketplace of a nimble, concierge-style group of powerhouse realtors able to handle a diverse spectrum of clientele across multiple areas, the Coastal Collective at Compass Palm Beach was born.

With over 100 years of combined experience servicing buyers, sellers, and builders combined with our expertise in construction and development, at the Coastal Collective we live and breathe real estate. Principals Chris Deitz and Michael Costello joined forces to lead this new venture, along with Senior Real Estate Associate Jonathan Duerr and seasoned real estate advisors Arelys Burck, David Burck, Vitaly Reznik and Kayla Kopicki.

Are there any services not covered by the program?

Our goal is for Concierge to help as many clients as possible. The program is intentionally flexible; we've developed Concierge to be used with most vendors for your convenience.

When do I have to pay for these services?

You’ll pay once one of the following happens (whichever occurs first): - Your home sells - You terminate your listing agreement with Compass - 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
